Contemporary home set in a gently sloping site, with living areas & master suite upstairs. The lower level was built with insulated concrete forms (ICFs) called Rastra block, that was then stuccoed. The upper level was panelized, and installed with a crane. A prefab greenhouse was attached on a block foundation.
